This website is operated by Tahlia Farm (Pty) Ltd. (registration number 2010/001968/07), trading as Tahlia Farm, of Portion 16, Farm Leeuw Rivier 186, Route 62, Montagu, 6720. Our liquor licence number is WCP/044263.

Acceptance of terms

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.

Age restriction

You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcoholic products. Liquor will not be sold or delivered to persons under the age of 18. By ordering alcohol, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Our courier may request proof of age on delivery and may refuse delivery if valid identification is not shown or if the recipient appears intoxicated. In that case, the order will be returned and refunded less delivery costs.

Products and pricing

•      All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.

•      We make every effort to display products, colours and descriptions accurately, but packaging and labels may vary slightly.

•      Prices and availability may change without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing your order.

•      Product quantities are limited. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order.

Orders and payment

An order is only accepted once payment has been received and we have confirmed it by email. Payments are processed securely through Payfast. We do not store your full card details.

Responsible drinking

Please enjoy our products responsibly. Not for sale to persons under the age of 18. Do not drink and drive. Pregnant women should not consume alcohol.

Cosmetics

Our skincare products are made with natural ingredients. Please read the ingredient list before use and do a patch test if you have sensitive skin or allergies. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos and designs, belongs to Tahlia Farm and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, including the CPA, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under South African consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
